Wonderwerk Big Orange California USA 2025

BIG ORANGE is orange wine for everyone – BIG on flavor and low on all the tannin, funk, and other common barriers to orange bliss. Muscat Canelli lays the foundation with a rich bass profile even at low harvest Brix, thanks to Fresno County’s ripening power. We selected Symphony to fill in the soaring mids and highs – it tastes just like it sounds! Delicious and easy drinking — and shareable! Honeysuckle and candied orange on the nose, with apricot and peach tea on the palette. Soft tannins, moderate acidity, a delight to drink on its own or pair with foods of all kinds. 

Fruit was de-stemmed and macerated for two weeks, undergoing native fermentation. The wine was pressed into stainless steel tanks, where it aged for 6 months on fine lees before being gently filtered and bottled.
