Hues is the wine label of Highly Recommended NYC, the New York wine club founded by Marquis Williams, and That Juice! is made with Pépin, the Alsace natural-wine collective co-founded by Pierre Dietrich of Domaine Achillée. The 2023 is 100% Gewürztraminer, left on its skins for a week and bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfur. White peach, apricot, and tangerine lead, followed by chamomile, honeysuckle, and grapefruit zest, with hints of strawflower and hay over soft, well-integrated tannins. Juicy and mouthwatering, it lives up to the club's motto: drink better wine, you deserve it.
