How far ahead should we order holiday gifts?
Order by December 10 for shipping and by December 17 for delivery in NYC, so gifts arrive before the holidays. For a big order, a week's notice is best.
Can you deliver to many addresses on one day?
Yes. Send us the list in any format when we reply. Every address in the five boroughs gets our usual same-day delivery for orders by 5pm: $20, or free in 10003 and on orders of $200 or more.
Can you ship gifts outside New York?
Yes, to 44 states plus DC; we cannot ship to UT, VT, AL, AR, MS or SD. Shipping is priced at checkout, and we confirm every address when we reply. Shipping details
