Kapistoni wines are natural and made with the best grapes from the harvest. All of the grapes come exclusively from ecologically cultivated vineyards in the region of Kartli, where ancient, indigenous grape varietals thrive. This 100% Goruli Mtsvane is a light amber color, with primary aromas of yellow apples, yellow-fleshed apricot, and orange zest. Fresh walnuts, almonds, chestnut honey and spring flowers offer secondary aromas that linger in the nose. On the palate, the tannin structure is dry and nutty, with hints of dry apricot, green apples and plums. It offers a characteristic, long-lasting natural wine feel through the finish.
