The winery Mont Marçal Vinícola was founded in 1975 by Manuel Sancho who, after many years of dedication to the world of the music, directed his activity towards a new art; the world of wine and cava. The flagship Mont Marcel Brut Guarda is a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay. A Cava that perfectly integrates fine bubbles with a soft and delicate texture. Toasted coffee aromas, touches of honeysuckle and vanilla leading to fruity richness of peach and grapefruit. Jasmine and elderflower notes compliment this bouquet. The palate is fruity, fresh and creamy, simultaneously light, with body from the lees. Notes of nuts and almonds on the fine grained finish.
