Vino Loigi Bubbles Touch Moravske Czech Republic

Vino Loigi are a biodynamic winery from Znojmo (South Moravia, Czech Republic). They cultivate 2.5 hectares of vineyards in two vineyard tracks on the border of the Podyjí National Park. The grapes are trodden by feet or ground on a hand mill. All vines are macerated (a few days or month, wines made in kvevri one year), than pressed on wooden hand press. Fermentation is in wooden barrels or kvevri with no additives and selected yeast. Wines are produced by long-term standing on sediments with no filtration and minimum of added sulphur only before bottling. 

"Bubbles Touch" is a direct pressing 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, fermented directly in the bottle. The wine is unfined, unfiltered and non-disgorged.
