Gonet-Medeville Tradition 1er Cru Champagne NV

Gonet-Médeville’s Brut Tradition is a grower Champagne drawn entirely from 1er Cru vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne and Montagne de Reims. The blend is 70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 5% Meunier. Vinified in stainless steel with full malolactic and aged over two years on the lees before disgorgement, the result is vibrant yet layered. Notes of crisp orchard fruit and serious lemon zest up front, followed by brioche, chalk, and almond. The mousse is fine and persistent. Elegant, food-friendly, and remarkable value for the quality.
