Gonet-Médeville’s Brut Tradition is a grower Champagne drawn entirely from 1er Cru vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne and Montagne de Reims. The blend—70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, 5% Meunier—is vinified in stainless steel with full malolactic and aged over two years on the lees before disgorgement. The result is vibrant yet layered: crisp orchard fruit and serious lemon zest up front, followed by brioche, chalk, and almond. The mousse is fine and persistent. Elegant, food-friendly, and remarkably well-priced for the quality. In fact, this is a true steal.
