Defy puts organic Spanish red in a 250ml can and declines to dress it up further; the brand's whole pitch is good wine minus the fuss, in a package that takes up to 70 percent less CO2 than glass to produce and ship. Certified organic and vegan, still rather than sparkling, it lands at 13 percent ABV: bold, deeply colored, and smooth, equally content with or without food, and, per Defy itself, happy to be served chilled.
