This exceptional 100% Savagnin comes from the Côtes du Jura region, crafted from 50-year-old vines growing in soils of gray and blue marls with clay-limestone outcrops at an altitude of 250 meters. The grapes were meticulously harvested by hand with strict sorting in late August 2017, ensuring only the finest fruit made it to production. Bottled on June 26, 2023, it was sealed with a CHAILLOT super prestige closure, ensuring optimal preservation. The aging potential of this Savagnin is remarkable, extending up to 20 years, allowing the wine to evolve and develop further complexity over time.
