Every good table has a lemon wedge on it somewhere; Jinro simply bottled the idea. The house has been making soju in Korea since 1924, and in 2025 it added lemon to the fruit sojus it makes for its following abroad. It sits at 13 percent, a long way down from Chamisul Original's 20.1, and drinks bright and zesty: lemon on the nose, a tart, tangy kick on the palate, and just enough sweetness to round it out. Chill it well and take it as a shot, over ice, or topped with sparkling water for an easy soju highball.
