Shaw and Smith M3 Chardonnay 2022

Founded by cousins Martin Shaw and Michael Hill-Smith over 35 years ago, this family-owned winery focuses on sustainability and highlighting the cooler climate of South Australia’s Adelaide Hills. The M3 Chardonnay comes from high elevation vineyards and sees nine months of oak prior to bottling. It is a pure, modern, textured expression of the grape, offering elegant and complex notes of nectarine, lemon curd, ginger snap and orange zest.
