Triennes Saint Auguste Rouge 2022

Triennes’ 46 hectares of vineyards sit just miles from the Mediterranean in Southern France at an altitude of 1200 feet. Their organic rouge, made from 65% Syrah and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, is grown on lime and clay soils, harvested by hand and aged 12 months in seasoned French oak foudres. Notes of nutmeg, ripe black cherries, clove along with a hint of garrigue. Drinking beautifully now but can cellar for 15 years.
