Foradori Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco 2021

Winemaker Elisabetta Foradori, along with sons Emilio and Theo have been producing certified biodynamic wines since 2002 at this family owned vineyard which dates back to 1901.  This hybrid of Riesling and Pinot Bianco is grown in clay and limestone rich soils is fermented on skins and aged in cement tanks for seven months before bottling.  This wine offers a great mineral backbone, complimented by a freshness and roundness with floral notes along with peach, pear, and a light spice.
