Domaine Jaume is a family owned estate located in Vinsorbes, a tiny appellation in the heart of the Southern Rhône. This blend of Grenache (60%), Syrah (15%), Carignan (15%) and Mourvèdre (10%) comes from young vines exclusively from “Le Coteau” (Jaume’s hillside parcels in Vinsobres). The wine shows a pale salmon-pink color, with crisp berry aromatics, and refreshing citrus acidity. It is a food-friendly and versatile wine, perfect for pairing with seafood, salads, and grilled poultry.
