Domaine Fourrier Bourgogne Blanc 2020

From 40-year-old vines in Chambolle-Musigny, Fourrier’s 2020 Bourgogne Blanc is strikingly pure wine. Farmed organically and vinified with minimal intervention, it sees no new oak, allowing the site to speak without interference. The nose is cool and focused—lime zest, pear skin, and crushed seashell—while the palate builds in quiet layers. Ripe green apple and citrus peel give way to more delicate notes of almond, white pepper, and chalk. There’s tension, but also a gentle roundness that softens the edges.
