All of our offerings are eligible for our mixed-case discount of 10% on any orders of 12 items or more.
Any Discounts are only valid during the timeframe provided for the discount. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases under any circumstances.
LOCAL DELIVERY
An adult 21 years of age or older must be present at the time of delivery to receive Local Delivery orders.
Local Delivery is available throughout New York City including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. For Same Day Delivery, please allow approximately 3 hours for fulfillment of Local Delivery orders within NYC. For rush delivery, please contact us directly.
Orders outside of a 20-minute walking distance in from 86 E 10th Street will be fulfilled via our courier partner Roadie. All orders $200 or greater are eligible for Free Local Delivery within NYC.
In some cases, we can also provide Local Delivery to select areas of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut outside of NYC. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and size of the order. For more information, please contact us directly.

Default shipping speed is Ground. Depending on the destination, Ground shipping can arrive in as little as 2 business days, or as many as 14 business days from the date of shipping. Please plan accordingly on that timeframe for fulfillment. Shipping days are Thursday and Friday. Please contact us directly if you require faster shipping. An adult 21 years of age or older must be present at the time of delivery to receive shipping orders.
In adverse weather, we may hold your package at our discretion to ensure the safety of the bottles until our shipping partners confirm that conditions have improved and shipping speeds are back to baseline. Please reach out to us directly for more information.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with a bottle, please bring it back to the store and let us know. We will do our best to make it right. In most cases, we can replace it. If the bottle is no longer available, we will offer store credit.
For wines labeled as "Sourced from a private collection", we offer store credit in lieu of a replacement bottle.
Tickets purchased to events and tastings are final sales and are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another party. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.

PICKUPS AND HOLDS
We are happy to hold your order at the store for up to 30 days after the order date. In some cases, we may be able to hold orders for longer, please contact us directly for more info regarding longer term holds on orders.
Please note: bottles will not be held until checkout is complete.
We require a Photo ID and the credit card matching the name of the customer on the order to be presented for verification in-store in order to release any pickup orders.
Any orders not picked up in the timeframe provided (either the aforementioned up to 30 days, or a longer timeframe directly discussed and agreed upon) will be forfeited and become property of Pure Wine NYC LLC.
