Vincent Carême, known for his work with Chenin Blanc in Vouvray, produces this wine from 40-year-old, dry-farmed bush vines in South Africa’s Swartland region. Planted on decomposed granite soils, the fruit is hand-harvested and vinified in stainless steel to preserve freshness. The Terre Brûlée offers aromas of citrus, white peach, and subtle tropical fruit. On the palate, it is clean and textured, with notes of pear, ripe stone fruit, and a nice mineral finish.
