Winemaker Denis Jolly has been leading the charge since 1988 at this family-owned estate which dates back several generations.  While Denis also produces Premier Cru Chablis, this Petit Chablis, harvested on the outskirts of the vineyards, offers bright, fresh fruit, while remaining crisp with a dry finish; a perfect pairing with seafood!
