Triennes Rosé 2025 3L

In 1990, two of Burgundy's most respected names, Jacques Seysses of Domaine Dujac and Aubert de Villaine, longtime co-director of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, found the vineyard that became Domaine de Triennes: 46 hectares in the Var near Nans-les-Pins, set against the Aurélien hills at about 380 meters and facing south toward the Sainte-Baume massif. Warm Provençal days, cool nights at altitude, and limestone soils shape the estate's wines. The rosé, bottled as IGP Méditerranée, blends Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, and Merlot, picked at night so the fruit reaches the press cold, then pressed directly and aged on its fine lees. Pale in the glass, it opens on red fruit and a soft note of marshmallow, with a round, seamless palate. Made for aperitif hour and long summer tables.
