Las Jaras Superbloom Cuvée Zero Zero Rosé California 2024

Named for the wildflowers that blossom in the California desert after a rainy season, Superbloom from powerhouse California natural wine producer Las Jaras is a co-ferment of red and white grapes without any additions or subtractions in the winemaking.  Organically farmed grapes in this bottling include: 51% Chenin Blanc, 32% Grenache, 12% Carignan, and 5% Viognier.  All together it delivers notes of salted watermelon, rhubarb, white cherry and a touch of strawberry.  Soft texture while still finishing clean and mineral.
