Chateau du Bois de la Salle L'Audacieux Gamay Coteaux Bourguignons 2023

This Gamay enchants with a beautiful bouquet of crystalline red fruit. Grown on sandy and granitic soils in the Coteaux Bourguignons, the area where Beaujolais meets Burgundy. Dominant notes of red cherry and strawberry weave seamlessly with a freshness and subtle hints of violet and vanilla on the palate. The Chateau du Bois de la Salle may’ve been built in the 17th century, but fortunately you don’t need to be quite that old to appreciate.
