Sicilian orange wine on a sunny day by the sea - need we say more?  This skin contact wine from Sicily is and made up of 100% Catarratto grapes organically grown that undergo 50 hours of fermentation with the skins.  A dry wine that will leave your mouth watering for more; notes of dried orange peel, dried flowers, white peach, sandalwood, and a nice salted almond finish evokes the feeling of sea spray being next to the ocean.
