Terre di Marca Prosecco Col Fondo NV

In Cessalto, a small village located just a few kilometers from Venice, the winemaking tradition has always been connected to the Corvezzo family and its commitment to the sustainable production of grapes and wines. In this unique area, naturally suited to viticulture, the families first organic-certified project was born: Terre di Marca. 

The Prosecco Col Fondo (Col Fondo translates to "to the bottom") is slightly cloudy due to bottle re-fermentation and non-disgorgement. In the glass there are fragrant scents of apple and pear with a light note of acacia flowers. The palate finds a silky, sophisticated mousse with good sapidity and acidity. The wine is very much alive, and is perfect with fish dishes, pizza and fresh pasta.
