Terrebrune Bandol Rouge 2019

Owned by Reynald Delille, the son of the founder of the Domaine, and Jean d'Arthuys, media man and entrepreneur passionate about wine, the Domaine de Terrebrune is considered today as one of the largest in the South of France. With 35 hectares of vines planted on terraces facing the Mediterranean Sea and in organic farming, Terrebrune produces wines whose identity and character are forged by this magical Triassic terroir and the king grape variety of Bandol, Mourvèdre.

The Bandol Rouge expresses the entire breed of Mourvèdre at its right maturity, without heaviness or tannic overwhelm. It displays intense fruit and a very personal minerality, with a structure which always remains elegant, carried by a freshness which gives the wine a lot of tone. A blend of 85% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache and 5% Cinsault.
