Thanisch Riesling Kabinett 2023

Weingut Dr. Hugo Thanisch, Erben Thanisch, led by Sofia Thanisch, has a long tradition. It is documented that the wine estate dates back to 1636 and includes eleven generations of the family. The vineyards are located in Bernkastel, Kues, Lieser, and Brauneberg and are exclusively planted with Riesling. Since 1910, the wine estate was a founding member of the VDP (Association of German Prädikat Wine Estates) presiding over the highest designation of German wines. The wine shows a pronounced bouquet of very ripe red and yellow fruits with exotic and slightly spicy notes with well-integrated acidity.
