The vineyards of this hot, arid region are made up of dry gravelly soils of limestone and clay forcing the vines deep for nourishment and leading to very low yields and concentrated wines. 

Kreos, with its intense vivid pink color, gets its name from “Eos”, the Greek goddess of dawn, whom Homer called “the rosy-fingered goddess.” Kreos emanates a bouquet of flowers, cherries, and raspberries that are prevalent in its elegant flavor as well. It has a tangy and earthy finish, with hints of nougat which lingers on the palate.
