Scarpetta Frico Frizzante Can

Frico is the canned arm of Scarpetta, the Italian wine project from sommelier Bobby Stuckey and chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, and the Frizzante is its house pour: a gently sparkling northern Italian blend of Trebbiano, Glera, and Chardonnay. Dry and lightly fizzy, it runs to crisp green apple and juicy pear with a hint of white flowers, all carried on a soft, refreshing bead. The 250ml can is the point: aperitivo for one, no corkscrew, no half-flat bottle in the fridge door the next morning.
