Triennes Sainte Fleur Viognier 2022

Triennes is a joint venture started by two of Burgundy’s best winemakers, Jeremy Seysses of Domain Dujac and Aubert de Villaine of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. Their goal was to make fantastic wines for everyday drinking and they most certainly succeeded (and then some!)

Organic and sustainably farmed Viognier grown in the south of France in clay-limestone soils. The winemaking is all about preserving freshness. The grapes are harvested in the cool evening and gently pressed; 100% maceration, fermentation and elevage in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. Aromatic, plush and backed by a nice crispness. Concentrated apricot, white flower, honeysuckle, lavender and refreshing minerality that lingers on the palate.
