Tissier Sancerre Blanc 2023

Grown on the limestone-rich slopes just outside the village of Sancerre, Domaine Roland Tissier’s organically farmed vines—some over 30 years old—draw from a mosaic of Caillottes, Griottes, and flinty Silex soils, layering fruit, florals, and mineral energy into every glass. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees for added texture. This is classic Sancerre: citrus zest, white peach, and a subtle smoky edge. Bright, stony, and endlessly refreshing, it’s a natural with oysters, tangy chèvre, or anything kissed with lemon.
