The blend runs 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 5% Petit Meslier, a nearly extinct variety still permitted in Champagne, farmed organically across those old-vine plots and disgorged to a lean 3 grams per liter dosage. Dry and precise, it opens on orchard fruit and citrus over a chalky mineral core, with white pepper and mint threading through a long, vivid finish.
