The hand-harvested grapes ferment in concrete with native yeasts, spending five to seven days on their skins, and the wine ages there another eight months. The 2025 opens on pear, white blossoms, and a stony edge, then turns silky and textured, with ripe stone fruit, a hint of spice, and a squeeze of citrus before a nectarine finish.
